City Accept Sanctions to Balotelli

Manchester City FA decided to accept the charges related to incidents involving Mario Balotelli. That means, The Citizens will lose the striker was up to four games.

Confirm the City’s decision relating to not make an appeal against the indictment Balotelli expressed directly by the FA on the Press Association Sport. The Citizens previously had until Wednesday at 18:00 (25/01/2012) local time to appeal, for which ultimately they did not do.

The decision not to appeal to Balotelli had to undergo the penalty period for the four-match ban. Included is a match against Liverpool in the Champions League Cup which will kick off a few minutes longer.
