Kuyt: Liverpool Time to Complete Degree Fast

Since joining Liverpool’s Dirk Kuyt has not even lift the trophy. When the opportunity came in the League Cup, he was determined to end the fasting as well as present the trophy for the Reds.

Kuyt had never won the title for Liverpool in uniform. Highest achievements with Liverpool is a runner up in the Champions League season 2006/2007.

Now after setting foot in the League Cup final, the Dutch striker is hoping Liverpool can finish with a victory. Not only that, Kuyt also hoped the League Cup title would be just before the opening titles of the other to Liverpool.

“What can we change the future and hopefully there will be many trophies to come and League Cup will be the first,” said Kuyt told Sky Sports.

“I came here to win trophies and that’s the spirit of the players, managers, and the club so it’s nice to come back in the competition and hopefully we can keep going.”

“We really wanted to win the title – has long been to us – and that’s the target. Fabulous can exist in the final and hopefully we can finish it,” completion.
