Overcome Murray, Djokovic to face Nadal in final

After going through a long and exhausting struggle, Novak Djokovic finally conquered Andy Murray in the semifinals of the Australian Open. Furthermore, the world number one Rafael Nadal will meet.

In a match at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne Park on Friday (01/27/2012), Djokovic was forced to fight five sets by Murray. It eventually won the top seed 6-3, 3-6, 6-7, 6-1, and 7-5 in 4 hours and 50 minutes.

Initially, the game is like going to be easy for Djokovic. He appeared dominant in the first set and won 6-3.

But, in the next two sets, Murray was able to rise. This fourth seed won 6-3 in the second set and 7-6 in the third set.

In the fourth set, Djokovic through to sting. He took advantage of the many mistakes made by Murray and winning 6-1 in just 25 minutes.

The fifth set went very exciting. Djokovic was leading 5-2, but then Murray is able to equalize 5-5.

Dewi Fortuna turned out to prefer Djokovic. The Serb won the last two games and it is certain to win 7-5 after Murray returns the ball caught the net.

Nadal, seeded second, Djokovic will be the next opponent. Final plans will be held on Sunday (1/29/2012).

Nadal vs. Djokovic duel is a repeat final Wimbledon and U.S. Open last year. In the two-party, Djokovic came out as winners.
