Carroll Affirm Commitment to Liverpool

Andy Carroll said he never regretted joining Liverpool. He denied speculation about his future and confirms its commitment to the Reds.

Carroll brought in from Newcastle United a year ago with a tag of 35 million pounds. That price also broke the British transfer record’s most expensive footballer in history.

But Carroll appearances in his first year was comparable to the price paid by Liverpool. During the uniform of the Reds, he had collected six goals from 36 appearances.

Carroll makes no maximum rumored appearance will be sold. He has been rumored to be brought back by Newcastle and later it was rumored he was offered to Manchester City in exchange for Carlos Tevez.

Related issues surrounding his future, 23-year-old striker was reluctant to say much. He asserted that if he had never regretted move to Anfield and will commit to a contract he had signed.

“Not at all,” Carroll said when asked if he regretted the move to Liverpool as reported by Sky Sports.

“The club has been remarkable to me and everyone outside the club was fantastic and I enjoy it here.”

“Everyone supported me and helped us get through this. I’ve signed a contract here and this is a team where I played,” he said.
