Ranieri Confident Motta Will Survive

Thiago Motta was widely rumored to be joining the French club, Paris St. Germain. However, Inter Milan coach Claudio Ranieri believes his protege that will last.

Italian naturalized players claimed will play his last game with the Nerazzurri to face Napoli in the Coppa Italia, the middle of last week.

Motta was mentioned already willing to accept the proposal for Inter PSG showed no sign of want to extend his contract which will expire next year.

Motta name was not in the starting lineup when Inter beat Lecce 0-1 on Saturday (29/01/2012). However, Ranieri confirmed that the club convinced him that Motta would not be ubiquitous, at least until June.

“I have asked so she would survive and Motta will survive,” said Ranieri on Inter’s official website.

“I am convinced Motta will last. The club has assured me that he would not leave until at least June. This is great karea we have no longer a quality midfielder like him,” he closed.
